We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield (All states), Aetna, Cigna and United Healthcare AZ.

Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services. See FAQ for more information.

$150 per 50 minute Intake

$120 per 50 minute Individual Session

$140 per 50 minute Family Session/Couples Session/Grop Session

If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please provide written cancellation (via email or text) at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a fee of $100. Cancellation fees are not covered by insurance providers.

A card held on file is required even if you are using insurance in the event sessions are not fully covered by your provider or when the late cancellation fee needs to be applied.
